Residential as-built plans usually consist of Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, Electrical and HVAC layouts. Typical drawings show all required architectural information including basic window and door schedules. These consist of the amount of units, sizes, type of units (if there is still information on the actual product), swing of doors, etc). Depending on level of service required, we can also complete full electrical plans depicting heights and locations of electrical outlets, data/telephone ports, light switches/dimmers, etc.

As-Built Deliverables

Residential plans are delivered through email in “.dwg” files (AutoCAD format) as well as “.pdf” format. We have the capability to deliver hard copies from Letter size (8.5×11) to Architectural D size (24×36) format at a minimal cost to the client.
