Residential as-built plans usually consist of Floor Plans, Elevations, Roof Plans, Electrical and HVAC layouts. Typical drawings show all required architectural information including basic window and door schedules as much of the information may have worn off over the years. Plans also depict locations of electrical outlets, switches and heat register locations.

As-Built Deliverables

Residential plans are delivered through email in “dwg” files as well as “pdf” format. We also have the capability to deliver hard copies from Letter size (8.5×11) to Architectural D size (24×36) format at a minimal cost to the client.
